Yes, the sauna and cold plunge session is a community experience allowing up to 6 guests per hour. If you prefer a private session, you can book and pay for all 6 spots to reserve the space exclusively. If there are more than 6 people, please call us to make arrangements.
A cold plunge is a quick immersion into very cold water, typically around 50°F (10°C) or lower. The cold helps reduce inflammation, boost recovery after exercise, and increase blood circulation. It can also stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and improve mental clarity.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing or swimwear when using the sauna or cold plunge. Bring your own towels and deck shoes for your convenience.
